RG Fitness Classes
At RG Fitness, we program each class to be fresh, effective, and NEVER repeated. Each week you will receive a new protocol, and every day is different. Your body will respond to the variety of workouts, and you'll never get bored!
RG STRONG:
Our RG STRONG classes are designed to increase your strength and overall athleticism. In this challenging and exciting class you will be coached on how to lift properly using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and other strength training equipment.
From beginner to advanced – our coaches are here to guide you to your strongest self!
RG SWEAT:
This sweat inducing class will keep your heart rate going and the sweat flowing! There’s nothing like a good cardio day to keep our bodies (and hearts) healthy!
RG QUICK:
Speed and Agility is one of the first things we lose as we age. Adults don’t get to play on the playground, which as children, increased motor skills and coordination. The RG Quick classes are programmed to support fast reaction times, power and mobility.
RG GRIND:
You ARE an athlete! RG GRIND is a combination of all of our signature classes -strength, cardio, speed and agility…. get ready to GRIND.
RG VIRTUAL PROGRAM:
Train at home! This purchase gives you 12 demonstrated workouts and programming. You can break up the workouts to fit YOUR schedule. Whether it's three days a week, four or all twelve in a row (woah!) - you'll have RG Fitness Strength and conditioning from your computer/ phone!
RG ONE-ON-ONE:
Individualized training for those seeking rehabilitation from an injury, more specific aesthetic goals or simply desiring personal training with one of our coaches.
