My key strength lies in lifting heavy weights while also encouraging and inspiring others to push through and achieve their goals.

About Coach

Growing up, I was always involved in physical activity. Whether it was playing basketball, cheering on the sidelines, or stepping with my team, I thrived in environments that demanded movement and energy. I always had a passion for fitness, but it was discovering Tae Bo that truly sparked my fitness journey and shaped the lifestyle I live today.

Over time, I have not only grown in my fitness journey but also in my ability to push past limits. One of my proudest athletic achievements is finally bench pressing over 95 lbs, a personal goal I worked hard to reach. I also participated in my first team competition event, which taught me the value of camaraderie and pushing past what you think you can accomplish.

These experiences have helped me morph into the coach I am today. I believe in building strength, both physically and mentally, and encouraging others to see fitness as a lifestyle, not just a task. My journey has been one of perseverance, growth, and determination, and I aim to bring that same mindset to everyone I coach.

Turning Point

For as long as I can remember, my greatest enemy has been my own mind. I have always been my worst critic, struggling with the weight of imposter syndrome, self-doubt, negative thinking, and limiting beliefs. The voice in my head constantly told me I wasn’t capable enough, that I didn’t belong, or that I couldn’t achieve the things I dreamed of. It was a battle against an enemy that lived within me, making it all the more difficult to overcome.

The turning point came unexpectedly, yet profoundly, when I was approached to become a coach. Someone saw something in me that I had long struggled to see in myself. They believed in my potential, even when I doubted it. Their encouragement sparked a change in me. It made me realize that the enemy wasn’t my abilities or lack thereof—it was my mindset. I had been standing in my own way, letting doubt and negativity limit what I could achieve.

This moment forced me to decide who I am and what I am truly capable of. I chose to believe in myself. I embraced the opportunity to become a coach, not just for others but also for myself—to prove that I could overcome my inner critic.

Since that turning point, I have learned that the greatest battles are often the ones we fight within ourselves. But once I conquered that internal enemy, I discovered the strength to achieve things I once thought impossible.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose as a coach is simple: to encourage and inspire others to realize that they, too, can achieve anything they set their mind to. I firmly believe that shifting your mindset can transform your life—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’m passionate about helping people who, like me, have battled with imposter syndrome, self-doubt, negative thinking, and the constant comparisons that hold us back.

I am motivated by the desire to be an example, to show that it’s possible to push past your limits and challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible. I coach to remind my members that iron sharpens iron—there is no competition, only collaboration. Together, we step outside of our comfort zones, and through this, we grow stronger. My mission is to help others recognize their strength and encourage them to embrace their full potential.

If you are ready to change your mindset, push past your doubts, and step into your greatness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
